Was Bought and overhauled: in May 2006

Before overhaul:

Condition before overhaul: unaccommodating, bygone cafe. Basement encumbered.
Flat plan: changing.
Walls: main are not damaged, built some new, require winterising, hydro isolation, alignment and repainting.
Ceiling: not aligned with gaps, require install of suspend ceiling and noise isolation.
Floor: concrete, stable, in basement soil. Requires alignment and requires lay of hitting wires, drainage and plumbing in basement additional deepening, hydro isolation, and warm isolation.
Bathroom: not exist.
Kitchen: not exist.
Hitting: electro-radiator is change to hitting floor.
Wiring: old, require full reconstruction and new enter.

After overhaul:

Condition after overhaul: good
Flat plan: changed. We built new inside borders. As a result we got two separate apartments. In one - small hall with window, shared with kitchen, shower room with tropical shower and toilet, separate bedroom. Second room is studio with sauna and massage bath in basement.
Walls: winterized, lagged with gyps-cardboard, aligned, partly painted and papered with vinyl wallpapers. We restored fragment of old brickwork.
Ceiling: install suspends ceiling, put noise isolation.
Floor: the ceramic was in part replaced; the laminate was completely replaced with water-resistant 32 classes.
Shower rooms and toilets: full montage of all pipes and connections. Install massage bath, suspend ceiling, halogen illumination, and electric hitting floor. We lay tiles to walls and floor.
Wiring: fully changed, made a new enter.
Install the washbowl, water closets and new taps.
Hitting: installed under the floor autonomic section electrical with boilers and flowing hitters.
Furniture: bought new furniture for all rooms.
Technical Equipment: built-in kitchen equipment, TV, washing machine. Satellite TV, telephone and Internet installed.
