Was bought and overhauled: in January 2007

Before overhaul:

Condition before overhaul: not bad, new construction.
Flat plan: partly changed.
Walls: aligned, require repainting and fragmental papering with wallpapers.
Ceiling: not aligned, requires alignment and repainting.
Floor: tiles – requires more tiles, carpet covering – requires partly change for laminate.
Bathroom: condition not bad, requires laying tiles on walls and change of bath for massage bath.
Kitchen: not exist.
Furniture: not exist.

After overhaul:

Condition after overhaul: good.
Flat plan: changed. On second floor we transform space. With help of draw walls we can separate room from hall and kitchen.
Walls: repainted with partly removal old dye and grounding and fragmentally paper vinyl wallpapers.
Ceiling: aligned and repainted.
Floor: tiles in kitchen laid; on second floor carpet covering fully changed to hydro stable laminate 32 classes.
Bathroom: laid tile to walls and bath changed to massage bath.
Kitchen: bought from exposition in salon and adapt by place.
Furniture: bought new furniture for all rooms. We produced two big wardrobes with mirror doors.
Technical Equipment: built-in kitchen equipment, TV and washing machine. Cable TV, telephone and Internet installed.
