Ceiling: not aligned, requires installation of hardly figured suspend ceiling with built-in halogen illumination and luminescent lamps.
Floor: not aligned with cracks. Requires reconstruction.
Bathroom: not exist.
Kitchen: not exist.
Furniture: not exist.

After
overhaul:
Condition after
overhaul: luxury.
Flat plan: changed. Space transformed. With help of draw doors we can separate rooms from hall and living rooms or share cabinet-bedroom with living room.
Walls: built walls and colon with hardly crook form. Existing walls stabilized with gyps-cardboard, papered with vinyl net, aligned and painted. Draw walls papered with photo wallpapers.
Ceiling: installed hardly form suspend ceiling, installed luminescent and halogen ceiling lamps with crystals.
Floor: old strainer removed, under the floor laid hitting pipes and new strainer. Laid stone polished tiles in hall, kitchen and partly in living room. In bathroom we laid ceramic tiles in other places massive Merbau 18 mm.
Bathroom: full montage of all pipes and connections. Install of massage bath, suspend ceiling, halogen illumination, and electric hitting floor. Tiles laid on floor and walls. Install the washbowl, water closet and new taps.
Kitchen: produced new kitchen furniture with shining facades and granite slab.
Furniture: new furniture in all rooms was bought. The wardrobe for dark room and all furniture for the study room were produced.
Technical equipment: built-in AEG kitchen equipment, fridge with icemaker, TV 104 cm, home cinema, washing machine and dryer Miele. Cable TV, telephone and Internet installed.
