The big apartment already shared on three apartments was bought in July 2005. In two apartments budgetary overhaul has been made, one apartment has not been overhauled.

Was overhauled: in April 2005

Budget for overhaul: 40 000 LT (11 600 EUR)

Before overhaul:

Condition before overhaul: premises without decoration, building was major overhauled.
Flat plan: not changed.
Walls: not aligned. We are imitating old plaster.
Ceiling: not aligned. We are imitating old plaster.
Floor: not aligned concrete floor.
Bathroom: not exist.
Kitchen: not exist.
Furniture: not exist.

After overhaul:

Condition after overhaul: is good.
Flat plan: changed a little, shared zone of kitchen and bedroom.
Walls: aligned and put figure plaster all painted with fraying.
Ceiling: aligned and put figure plaster, painted.
Floor: put ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom. In other places put hydro stable 32 classes.
Bathroom: full montage of all pipes and connections. Installed massage bath; suspend ceiling, halogen illumination, and electric hitting floor. Laying tiles to floor and walls. Installed washbowl, water closet and new sinks.
Kitchen: produced new kitchen furniture.
Furniture: bought new furniture. Produced wardrobe.
Technical equipment: built-in kitchen equipment, TV. Cable TV, telephone and Internet installed.

Condition before overhaul: with budget decoration, hardly exploited for 5 years.
Flat plan: partly changed.
Walls: not aligned with cracks. Require alignment of existing and construction of some new.
Ceiling: aligned.
Floor: laid tiles and carpet covering.
Bathrooms: equipped, requires partly overhaul and change of sinks.
Kitchen: budgeting, small functions.
Furniture: budgeting, partly destroyed. Will be changed.

After overhaul 35 m2:

After overhaul 45 m2:

Condition after overhaul : luxury.
Flat plan: changed, transferred some walls, built special places for built-in wardrobes, shared kitchen and hall zone. As a result of overhaul instead of big hall we got kitchen and small hall.
Walls: aligned, installed decorated cording and moldings all repainted.
Ceiling: Painted, Installed decorated cording and ceiling illumination.
Floor: Aligned, carpet covering changed to hydro stable laminate 32 classes.
Bathroom: Installed suspend ceiling, halogen illumination, changed all taps.
Kitchens: Produced new kitchen furniture with painted wooden facades. Facades made older in style.
Furniture: Bought antique furniture in all rooms and restored in one style. Produced wardrobes in cloakroom and in hall with painted and made old by style jalousie from natural wood.
Technical equipment: built-in kitchen equipment, TV, DVD, washing machines. Cable TV, telephone, Internet installed.
Blinds and coverlet: produced by designer Roma Juškiene
