Premises with a cellar of 160 m2 were bought in April 2007. Division into three apartments is planned.

Studio apartment 32 m2.

Was bought and overhauled: in April 2007

Before overhaul:

Condition before overhaul: unaccommodating
Flat plan: require changes.
Walls: main walls aren't damaged, inside we will construct new barriers, require hitting, hydro isolation, alignment and repainting.
Ceiling: rough with gaps, require installation of suspend ceiling.
Floor: in one room wooden rotten require full reconstruction in other room old wooden room that need restoration.
Bathroom: not exist.
Kitchen: not exist.
Furniture: not exist.

In process

After overhaul:

Condition after overhaul: best.
Flat plan: changed. We built some new barriers. As a result we got studio with kitchen and bathroom.
Walls: winterized, trimmed with gyps-cardboard, aligned repainted and one room we paper with vinyl wallpaper. We restored old brickwork.
Ceiling: installed suspend ceiling, installed halogen ceiling lamps.
Floor: in one room fully changed and aligned with strainer have all communications and hitting pipes under. In second room we restored old wooden floor.
Hitting: installed new gas autonomic hitting, old oven restored.
Wiring: fully changed made a new enter.
Bathroom: full montage of pipes and connections. Installed suspend ceiling, halogen illumination and floor with electric hitting. We put tiles on floor and walls. Install of washbowl, water closet and new taps.
Kitchen: produced new kitchen furniture.
Furniture: we bought new furniture in all rooms. One room has leather salon furniture.
Technical equipment: build in kitchen equipment, TV and washing machine. Satellite TV, telephone line and Internet installed.
