Was bought and overhauled: in September 2005

Budget for overhaul: 80 000 LT (23 200 EUR)

Before overhaul:

Condition before overhaul: unaccommodating.
Flat Plan: require changes.
Walls: main walls aren't damaged, inside wall dismantling and then new will be constructing, require hitting, hydro isolation, alignment and repainting.
Ceiling: rough with gaps, require installation of suspend ceiling.
Floor: wooden, rotten, require full reconstruction.
Bathroom: not exist.
Kitchen: not exist.
Hitting: oven, require gas hitting installation.
Wiring: old, require full reconstruction.

After overhaul:

Condition after overhaul: best.
Flat plan: changed. We razed some barriers and built new. As a result we got two rooms, small hall with window united with kitchen and big bathroom with window.
Wiring: fully changed.
Walls: winterized, trimmed with gyps-cardboard, aligned and repainted.
Ceiling: installed suspend ceiling, installed halogen ceiling lamps.
Floor: totally changed, winterized and aligned with strainer. One room have carpet. In second room, hall, bathroom, kitchen we put tiles. Also everywhere under floor there hitting pipe.
Bathroom: Full montage of pipes and connections. Install of massage bath, suspend ceiling, halogen illumination and floor with electric hitting. We put tiles on floor and walls. Install the washbowl, water closet and new taps.
Kitchen: vas produced new kitchen furniture.
Heating: vas installed independent gas equipment with water heating, the fireplace was mounted instead of the oven.
Furniture: we bought new furniture in all rooms. One room has leather salon furniture.
Technical equipment: build in kitchen equipment, TV and washing machine. Cable TV, telephone line and Internet install.
