Was bought and overhauled: in May 2006

Before overhaul:

Condition before overhaul: Worst
Flat Plan: changed
Walls: rough, require to be straiten and repaint
Ceiling: rough with gaps, require suspend ceiling
Floor: wooden, rough, require full reconstruction
Bathroom: very bad condition, require full reconstruction
Kitchen: very bad condition, require full reconstruction
Wiring: old, require full reconstruction

After overhaul:

Condition after overhaul: Best
Flat plan: changed. We razed some barriers and wall in bathroom moved. As a result we got small hall with window, united with kitchen.
Wiring: fully changed
Walls: aligned and repainted
Ceiling: installed hard suspend ceiling with the shelf's along the walls in room, installed halogens ceiling lamps.
Floor: winterized and aligned with wooden shields. One room laminated other has carpet covering. In the bathroom, hall and kitchen we put tile.
Bathroom: full dismantling, we changed all pipes and connections. Installed massage bath, suspend ceiling, halogen illumination, electric floor hitting. We put tile on floor and walls. Installed washbowl, water-closer and new sinks.
Kitchen: produced new kitchen furniture.
Furniture: we bought new furniture in all rooms. In one room bad restring with the same material as curtains. For hall specially developed big wardrobe with glass doors.
Technical equipment: build-in kitchen equipment, TV and Washing mashing. Cable TV, Telephone line and Internet install.
